Our containers are made by order and fabricated with the best materials to last you for years. We are committed to fair prices and punctual service. For quotes or any other questions please feel free to contact our office. We do not offer services inside city limits. Our services are for county areas only.
HOW TO START NEW SERVICE
Step 1. Place your order
- Call our office to place your order. We will need a name, address and a telephone number.
Step 2. Confirm delivery date
- If the area where you'd like service is within our limits, we will provide you with an approximate delivery date.
Step 3. Pay when your order is delivered
- First payment is due upon the delivery date of the container. Your first payment includes the following: 2 months of service, delivery fee and taxes.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- HOUSEHOLD TRASH ONLY and must be in bags. All other items are strictly PROHIBITED.
- Payments are due every 1st of the month. If the customer fails to make a payment, there will be an additional $10 late fee added to their account and services will be suspended until the account is paid in full.
- An outstanding balance. Late Payment. Returned Check. Declined Payment. Objects or vehicles blocking access to your container. Holidays and severe weather may affect the date of your service.

LATE PAYMENTS
1 service per week. Our containers are not allowed to be placed inside a property or near a busy road that may cause an accident due to heavy traffic (ordered byTXDMV). We are not responsible for accidents or damages inside or outside of your property. Our driver will NOT assist customers with the disposal of their trash or wait for a vehicles blocking access to the container to be moved.

LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments are after the 7th of the month unless your set up on autopay for a specific date. A $10 late fee is charged on all late payments. We have the right to remove the container from your property if your account is not paid on time. If our rules are not being met by the customer we can terminate all services as well. LATE PAYMENTS DO NOT RECEIVE SAME DAY SERVICE. Unpaid balances can result in having all services suspended by the second week after the due date. No refunds! You have to pay the full amount as long as the container remains your property.

Tires or vehicle parts.
Tree Brushes, grass, dirt or rocks.
Cement, granite or metals
Hazardous waste such as freon, recycled oil, paints or flammable substances.
Furniture or appliances of any kind.
Dead animals.
Cardboard boxes MUST be flattened.

The container must NOT be moved from the area where it was placed.
Lids must stay closed at all times to prevent harsh winds or animals from littering your area.
Burning trash is NOT ALLOWED in our containers.
The area around your container must stay clean and clear of objects or vehicles at all times. Anything blocking access to the container will result in loosing your service for that week.
Containers with a lock; you are responsible for opening and closing lock before and after your service.
